Emergency Services

We take care of as many of our own emergencies as possible during regular office hours and after hours. If your pet experiences an emergency during regular hours, please contact the office, or have someone contact the office with the nature of the emergency.  In that way, we can prepare for your arrival, and assist you into the building if needed. Our doctors are on call when needed.  If you have an emergency after hours, please page us at 815-294-0632 and after the long tone, type in your phone number followed by the # sign. 

Try as we might, there are times the doctors are unavailable.  

IF YOUR CALL IS NOT RETURNED IN 10 MINUTES OR LESS,
